Dairy free and gluten free, this coconut yogurt chia pudding is the perfect way to start your day. Chia seeds are rich in fiber which your gut (and ultimately your hormones) will love!
To make it nut-free, use tahini and coconut milk instead of almond butter and almond milk. If you like it sweeter, you can add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.

In a medium-sized bowl, add the yogurt, chia seeds, almond milk, and strawberries and stir well to combine.
Place in the fridge for 25 to 30 minutes, until thickened.
Remove from the fridge and stir in the almond butter. Serve and enjoy!
