You can't have hormone harmony without giving your gut some TLC. Try this smoothie for breakfast or snack. Your gut will love it because it's grain free, dairy free, and full of fiber.

I've also made this with maple syrup in place of the honey and it's delicious. We don't always have honey on hand, but we always have boxes of maple syrup cans (my husband is French-Canadian husband...it basically runs in his veins).

// If you want to make it creamier, use almond milk instead of water.

 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

 2 tbsp Raw Honey
